Ingredients for 20 units.

Ingredients necessary for the elaboration of the canapés :

  • 250 grams of flour.
  • Get out.
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil.
  • 1 teaspoon dried yeast.
  • 125 grams of gorgonzola.
  • 15 grams of arugula.
  • 4 dried tomatoes in oil.
  • Pepper.
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil.

Step by step elaboration of the Minicalzone:

  1. First sift the flour into a bowl, and make a hole in the middle and add salt, yeast and 165 ml of warm water. Stir all the mixture until it forms a dough. Work the dough well with your hands for about 10 minutes until smooth and consistent. We let it rest covered in a warm place so that it goes up.
  2. Then, roll out the dough with a roller until it is very thin and cut 40 round biscuits with a mould. Place 20 biscuits on a greased baking sheet.
  3. Now we shred the cheese. Wash the rocket and shake it to dry. Drain the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. Preheat the oven to 200 º C.
  4. Arrange each cookie on the tray with 1 teaspoon of cheese, 2 rocket leaves and a few tomato cubes, and season with a little pepper. Cover the biscuits on the tray with the remaining biscuits and press down the edges well.
  5. Finally, bake for about 15 minutes until crispy. We spread the minicalzone with olive oil and serve them on a warm or warm table.

Note: You can also fill the minicalzone with mozzarella and tomato slices or with small circles of emmental and cooked ham.
