  • 2 medium courgettes.
  • Olive oil.
  • A pinch of salt.

Elaboration of the Fried Zucchini step by step:

  1. First wash the courgettes well and blunt them.
  2. Now they are cut in fine circles, taking care not to break them.
  3. Salt them to taste and save them for later.
  4. Then heat the olive oil in a frying pan.
